House Gemse (freehold apartments starting from CHF 875K): Purchase prices include finishes and fixtures as per the 'Description of Works' (kitchen & bathroom fixtures/fittings to Swiss standard) and each unit comes with access to an additional storage room. There is a mandatory usage right to a parking space; the cost is CHF 40K per unit. Furniture packages are available. There is an optional rental agreement with a 75% (to the client) / 25% (to ASA) split. Additional Details: Maintenance Fee is approx. CHF 125 (Andermatt Swiss Alps Village) per m2 per annum. Unit Utility Charges are based on consumption/metered individually. Please note that the Maintenance Fee shall cover the charges, fees, cost and expenses payable for the maintenance, management, security, insurance, up‐keep, renewal, repair and replacement of the common areas comprising also the common utility charges.   The Notary & Land Registry charges total 0.4 % of the sale price, and the seller and purchaser will divide these costs equally. The purchaser in this case will pay 0.2%.
