The Four Seasons Private Residences are situated on two spectacular headlands overlooking the wonderful Petite Anse Bay on the south west coast of Mahé in the Seychelles.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Cheong Yew Kuan, the villas reflect the tropical ambiance of the island. Each is constructed on stilts connected by wooden walkways with separate living and sleeping pavilions for maximum privacy. Large teak sun decks frame impressive infinity swimming pools allowing owners to fully enjoy the breath taking ocean views.

All villas come fully furnished to Four Seasons standards courtesy of Hirsch Bedner Associates, a worldwide leader in interior design. Owners can choose from two furnishing options - French Chic or British Contemporary. Interiors feature hand -hewn wide plank teak flooring in the living areas. The islands of the Seychelles enjoy a year-round warm tropical climate, generally governed by two opposing trade winds. The south-easterly trades blow from May to September bringing drier and windier conditions ideal for sailing. From October to March the gentler north-west trades provide calmer seas but a higher chance of refreshing showers. Scuba divers will find April, May, October and November have the warmest seas and visibility is often 30 metres plus.
