The Fairmont branded residences will be spread across three distinct zones, all surrounding the immaculate golf course:

Northeast Section: this zone offers generous plots of up to circa 1 hectare in size on which to build a majestic private residence. Many of the plots include a section of land under separate title on which an owner may construct a three-bedroom guest or staff house if they wish. Owners may tailor the designs and layouts in accordance with brand guidelines to create a bespoke and personalised home. All homes in this zone include large private swimming pools, and array of facilities which may include a home cinema and a spa. The properties will be designed to face either south or west, maximising views of the mountains and/or golf course for many.

Regional info

Marrakech is the former capital city of Morocco. It is known for its vibrant souks, historic architecture, snake charmers, hidden palaces and more recently, its trendy art galleries.

This intoxicating city is within easy reach of Europe and offers a tantalising taste of north Africa. Most visitors head to the ancient medina with its narrow alleyways, artesian workshops, markets and riads. Nearby is the open space of Jemaa el Fna, buzzing with locals each evening, the square has dozens of stalls offering all kinds of local food as well as a mix of musicians, fortune tellers, cobras and acrobats. Towering over the square is the minaret of Koutoubia Mosque built in the 12th century.

Marrakech is also a modern and fast developing city, particularly the district known as Guéliz and the wider Ville Nouvelle.
