Villa Serena is located right on the beach in an area of rare natural beauty and sleeps 18. This superb single storey villa has nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The main house has an internal courtyard featuring an attractive fountain creating an inviting and calm atmosphere. The interior is spacious and contemporary. The large living room opens onto the garden which leads down to the sea. There is a professional fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining room. Four of the bedrooms have private or en suite bathrooms. The villa also has a small gym and sauna and a laundry room. The villa is air conditioned and has Wifi throughout. There is an internal sound system and satellite TV in the living room.
The guest house has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, garden and sea views.
An automatic gate with remote control provides security at the entrance to the estate and there is parking for several cars. A swimming pool is being built for the 2019 summer season.
A housekeeper, maid and cook are all provided together with a local concierge service.
The villa has fantastic sea views with direct access to two beaches. It sits in extensive grounds with a beautifully maintained garden and a lawn of over an acre (4,000 sqm). A separate covered terrace with comfortable furnishings and a fridge and a deck overlooking the villa’s own sandy beach all provide plenty of space for al fresco dining and relaxing. Guests often practise yoga and pilates in the grounds with qualified staff.
This is a sizeable property, ideal for two families to share, and it takes just 40 seconds to get from the villa to the sea.
The Capo Coda Cavallo peninsula is characterised by a succession of coves with sandy beaches and cliffs covered with perfumed Mediterranean maquis, strawberry trees, junipers and mastic. The villa looks towards the limestone island of Tavolara, together with the island of Molara and the islet of Proratora, close to the north bay of Coda Cavallo which all form a natural setting of exceptional beauty. The area is famous for amazing unspoilt beaches such as Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and Cala Suarracia.
The shops in Porto Coda Cavallo are 1 km from the villa. The beach at Cala Brandinchi is 4 km, Porto Cervo is 60 km to the north. Olbia airport and port is 30 km.
