One & Only Kéa Island is a new luxury resort currently under development and set to open in summer 2021. This island hideaway will comprise 75 resort villas and a select number of One&Only Private Homes. The resort is nestled within the famous Cyclades archipelago in a 60-hectare tranquil beachfront site on the west side of Kéa island, just 30 minutes by speed boat from Athens.
There is a choice of one, two and three-bedroom turnkey One&Only Private Homes available with total living space ranging between 180 sqm and 1,350 sqm on plots of between 1,000 and 2,000 sqm (approximately). These villas are available for purchase with a guaranteed 4% Net Rental Yield per annum for a duration of 8 years, subject to up to six weeks per year personal use, two of which may be taken during high season.

One&Only Kéa Island is a short transfer from Athens. Kéa is the closest Cycladic Island to Athens, so getting to One&Only Kéa Island is relatively simple from most European cities. There are regular flights to Athens and from there is a choice of a resort helicopter service from Athens Airport (10 mins), resort boat service from Lavrio Port (30 mins) or regular boat service, also from Lavrio Port, (1 hour).

Kéa, or Tzia, is a Greek island in the Aegean Sea’s Cyclades archipelago and is the closest Cycladic island to mainland Greece. It is characterised by hilly countryside and quiet, exceptional beaches. The island also has some of the best walking paths and trails of any Greek island from where you can see olive groves, old churches, Hellenistic towers, watermills and vineyards. The restaurants on Kéa are amongst the best in Greece and the summer features a number of cultural events to enjoy. There is also an outdoor cinema with new movies (usually in English) that change every two days. Due to its proximity to Athens, Kéa has always been popular with Athenians who have holiday homes on the island and visit during the summer.
In the island’s capital, Ioulida, the Archaeological Museum houses locally excavated artefacts. The waters around Kéa are home to several shipwrecks, including the Titanic’s sister ship, the Britannic in 1916.
