OPTION 2 offers a variable return linked to room revenue. This option comes with unrestricted personal usage options and may generate a higher or lower rental yield depending on personal usage.
Assurance on rental income:
The rental income for a Leaseback property is guaranteed through the commercial lease. Even if an owner’s property is not rented out for a particular week, their rental income will never be affected, due to the guarantee provided through the commercial lease.
