Toile Blanche Residences offers a rental yield of 3.8%. This is with no personal usage at this rate and personal usage will be allowed up to 0.8% of this yield, based on the figures below:
- High season - 6% per week
- Mid season - 4% per week
- Low season - 2% per week
This is charged pro rata so if you stay for 2 nights in high season then the owner will be charged 2/7 of 0.6% (equivalent to 0.17%) and the net yield (if this is the only usage) will then be 3.63%. Yield is paid quarterly.
The minimum yield payment will always be 3% and if the owner wishes to use more than their maximum personal usage (e.g. 4x Low season weeks, or 1x High season weeks + 1x Low Season weeks) they will simply be charged 20% below the Online Travel Agents Rate (OTR) for the period of their stay beyond their usage quota.
Assurance on rental income:
The rental income for a Leaseback property is guaranteed through the commercial lease. Even if an owner’s property is not rented out for a particular week, their rental income will never be affected, due to the guarantee provided through the commercial lease. Toile Blanche Residences pays rental yields quarterly.
