Property overview

This exceptional, ultra-luxurious rental chalet, located in the exclusive area of Les Esserts in Verbier, sleeps up to 17 people and boasts uninterrupted views of the impressive Combin mountain range and Mont Blanc massif.

Distributed over four wonderfully designed floors, Chalet Aurora is home to one of Verbier’s most spectacular private spas. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage area and a large gym.

Chalet Aurora, with its plush furnishings and filled with inspiring artwork, provides the perfect winter residence for those in search of the ultimate alpine living experience. Dark wood compliments state-of-the-art lighting, creating a warm and stylish entrance to the property. Throughout the main living floor (first floor level), double height ceilings and high windows provide a feeling of space.

The main living area has polished oak flooring and large sofas which surround the glass encased fireplace, framed on either side by full height sliding doors and windows which open onto a substantial terrace and the distant snowcapped mountain peaks that tower over the village below.

Meticulously designed and crafted, this private and luxurious home is filled with the latest audio visual technology. Guests can relax and unwind in the epic home cinema or watch the latest series in the snug TV room on the main living floor; the perfect hideaway for children to play or watch a movie whilst the adults enjoy an aperitif by the fire.

Adjacent to the living area is the sophisticated dining room which sits around 10 people under a glittering chandelier and surrounded by large windows on two sides which provide sublime panoramic mountain views, adding to the wonderful ambience and ultimate deluxe dining experience.

Each bedroom, individually and beautifully themed, offers ample space. There’s a double bedroom with en suite shower room and desk on the main living floor. Upstairs, on the top floor (second floor), is the master suite; a true sanctuary of relaxation which includes a sitting area with its own wood burner. It also boasts a private balcony with lovely views and a dressing room on its own level. The bathroom has an impressive white bath tub, centrally positioned, with separate shower, his and her sinks and dark wooden flooring.

Moving downstairs, a glass panelled staircase connects the main living floor to the lower ground floor which provides access to the magnificent garden. The large kitchen with breakfast area opens onto the garden via sliding doors. Three additional bedrooms can be found on this level; two large twin/double bedrooms, both with desks, terrace access and en suite facilities and a single bedroom with en suite shower room and TV.

For those that need to catch up on a little work while on holiday there is a bright and spacious office on the lower ground floor. The impressive spa and wellness area can also be found here; the ideal place to relax after a day’s skiing. You can enjoy a private massage or spa treatment from the comfort of your own home and if skiing hasn’t exhausted you then why not take a personal training session in the well-equipped gym.

There are three secure indoor parking spaces in an underground garage which can be accessed from within the chalet. A private chauffeur will be at your disposal throughout your stay.

Chalet Aurora is conveniently situated to give ease of access to everything Verbier has to offer. The Mayenzet lift is a three minute drive or a 13 minute walk away. Place Centrale in the centre of Verbier is a five minute drive.

Switzerland overview

For standout natural beauty Switzerland scores a perfect ten. Dramatic, soaring Alpine peaks, cosmopolitan cities and lakeside towns backlit by snow-capped mountains are staples but in recent years they’ve been joined by an invigorating injection of cool new hotels and services to compliment the ever-efficient infrastructure.

Switzerland is a true four-seasons destination with a strong cultural core. It hosts world-famous jazz festivals, illustrious golf and tennis tournaments, glamorous snowy polo matches, international film festivals and of course Art Basel, the most prestigious event in the art fair calendar.

Switzerland is safe, civilised and beautiful: at the very heart of Europe but outside of the Eurozone with a reputation for both financial probity and a health-boosting lifestyle that consistently ranks among the finest. Its mesmeric appeal has won the hearts and minds of buyers from across the globe.

Verbier overview

Verbier is the ideal ski resort for those who enjoy après skiing as much as skiing. With over 410 km of piste and a range of runs from the gentle Les Esserts to the challenging bumps of Tortin, there is plenty for active novice and advanced skiers.

In addition to the extensive and well maintained pistes, Verbier has vast marked off-piste areas and is recognized as one of the premiere "off-piste" resorts in the world. The après ski scene at Verbier is well known and has a justifiably high reputation with established names such as Farinet, Coco and The Farm Club.

In the summertime there are 400 km of hiking trails and hikers can follow the tracks of the chamois and ibex through the mountains, some of them covered with snow all year round. There are 200 km of mountain bike piste. Other activities include climbing, paragliding, swimming, golf, badminton, ice karting, trips aboard the mountain railways in the area, and an annual music festival.

Getting there:

Verbier can be accessed by road or by train. From Martigny a regional train leads to Le Châble and from there a cable car or bus takes you up to Verbier.

Verbier is around 2 hours' drive from Geneva, 1 hour from Chamonix and 3 hours from Zurich. The nearest international airport is Geneva.

Non-stop flight connections are available between Geneva and most major European cities as well as Moscow, UAE and New York City.

Private Jets can fly into Sion airport and from there it is possible to transfer by helicopter.
